- 40 hours per week following the Egyptian vacation system, weekend on Friday & Saturday.
Your talents
- Preferable Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support, focusing on SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and Microsoft M365.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, project teams, and service operations.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus
- A comprehensive understanding of IT is essential to engage with customer project managers on an equal footing in transition and transformation projects. This includes topics such as conversion projects, upgrades, implementations, or services (i.e. Application Support).
- Many years of experience in the context of (international) transition and transformation projects of SAP, Microsoft and other IT systems
- Current and marketable certifications in IT project management
- Good knowledge of German and good English
- Assuming a pivotal role in transitioning SAP, Microsoft, and other IT systems to our data centres or those of the “hyperscalers”. This responsibility underscores the seniority and importance of the role and will attract candidates looking for a challenging position.
- First point of contact for our customers and projects.
- You have experience in supporting customers or specialist departments in SAP Basis operations, administration, support and monitoring
- You are able to develop trust-based and collaborative working relationships when advising customers
- Very good English language skills - German language skills (as a plus)
- Ability to work independently and results-oriented
