- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams to define project objectives and success criteria.
- Deliver SAP technical projects such as release upgrades, support package implementations, database migrations (e.g. SAP HANA migrations), and cloud transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with SAP upgrade and migration projects is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches as required.
- Track and report project metrics, milestones, and deliverables.

Your talents
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Senior SAP Basis Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical SAP projects, SAP maintenance strategy and project management principles.
- Experience managing complex technical SAP projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are a strong asset.
