What makes your job exciting

  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for our Istanbul and other international offices, from requirements analysis with the specialist department to sourcing and personnel selection to onboarding in collaboration with colleagues from People & Culture
  • You advise managers on sustainable recruiting strategies, are a recognized sparring partner, and implement your strategy in a targeted manner and with a hands-on mentality
  • With the help of your established network and your experience in a direct approach on all common (business) platforms and in social media, you attract suitable candidates for your open vacancies
  • By building a sustainable candidate network, defining KPIs, and deriving targeted measures, you ensure the long-term success of our employee recruitment measures
  • With your innovative ideas and concepts in recruiting & HR marketing, you will support the sustainable expansion of our employer brand
  • Your work will be rounded off by various overarching HR projects in which you will actively participate

Your talents

  • You have several years of experience in recruiting along the entire process, from requirements analysis and active sourcing to contract negotiations with candidates
  • You have in-depth experience in IT recruiting and feel comfortable in this environment
  • You are familiar with current IT/SAP trends, etc
  • You speak English very well, and the German language is a plus
  • You have a winning personality, can convince candidates, and love it when the positions to be filled are challenging
