- Support in the handling of operational issues
- Carrying out recurring tasks & analyses under supervision
- Participation in the maintenance of controlling-relevant master data (profit centers, cost centers, WBS, etc.)
- Participation in the maintenance of controlling-relevant reports and documentation
- Support in the administration of the controlling mailbox and the filing structure in SharePoint & Teams
- Creation of regularly required Power Points & Excels as part of the month-end closing or budget process
- Support with the organization of appointments and events
- Evaluation of own work results and implementation of lessons learned and feedback
