Your talents
- Experience in the analysis, design and implementation of ITSM processes
- Good knowledge of ITIL and BPMN
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in dealing with ServiceNow with a focus on "Customer Service Management" and "IT Service Management" desirable
- A proactive and results-oriented way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
