- Supporting sales in customer acquisition
- Analyzing the customer situation, identifying and describing standardized customer solutions, and creating solution/calculation bases
Supporting sales in the creation of standard contracts and service specifications - Creating calculations and presentations with customer-specific solutions
- Managing the various departments during the pre-sales phase, with support if necessary
- Supporting and participating in customer acquisition and retention measures (e.g., customer days, campaigns, etc.)
- Maintaining and developing the internal network

Your talents
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- You have experience in customer acquisition
- Proficiency in English and German (C2 level).

Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or customer acquisition.

Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
