We support your induction with the help of cross-divisional Group starter training, the provision of your individual and partly digital onboarding journey, your specific induction plan and the assignment of a mentor.
Right from the start, it is important to us that you get to know the All for One Group better and build up your Group-wide network. We are convinced that a good network can help you to successfully complete your projects and achieve your goals.
After the first 100 days, you will talk to your manager about your bonding, your impressions, expectations and future tasks.

We are currently talking to the partner network United VARs about how an international exchange program for employees of the cooperating companies could be structured. The aim is to be able to offer our employees international perspectives.
One Academy: Learning on demand
In our rapidly changing environment, it is crucial to constantly learn new hard and soft skills. We offer you extensive training courses, learning formats and our own learning platform.
Numerous offers for specialist and personal training are your loyal companion right from the start. Team building or design thinking workshops, management training, specialist seminars lasting several days, practical training courses lasting several weeks, individual coaching - everything is possible. With us, agile learning and social learning is skills-oriented, dynamic and mostly collaborative.
We have built up an extensive range of further training courses for our employees, which is constantly being expanded. Online learning content from external providers such as Go Fluent (English/German course units), Pink University (soft skills and methodological skills), LinkedIn Learning, the SAP Learning Hub and others are incorporated into our ONE Academy learning platform and integrated into the various learning paths.
