How can I apply for a job at All for One?

There are basically two ways. Which one is necessary is always determined directly by the respective job advertisement.

1. apply via our career portal. You will be automatically redirected to it as soon as you click on "Apply now" in the relevant job advertisement. After a short registration process, you can easily upload all the important key data, your cover letter, CV, etc. via the portal and send your application.

2. apply directly by e-mail.

Can I also send unsolicited applications to All for One?

Of course! We appreciate it if you show initiative in your application. Here, too, you can send us an unsolicited application by e-mail or via our applicant portal.

How current are your vacancies?

The vacancies are generally up to date. In exceptional cases, changes may have to be made to the vacancies at short notice, but these will then be updated within a very short time.

Are your jobs aimed exclusively at academics?

No. Whether you have acquired your skills as part of a course of study or training is of secondary importance to us. We are interested in your experience and your personality.

For me as a consultant, none of the company locations are an option due to the distance. Should I apply anyway?

Absolutely. In your work as a consultant, presence at the company location is not a priority. You are on site with the customer. You also have the opportunity to complete tasks from your home office.

What is the starting salary like?

We pay in line with the market and above. However, the exact starting salary ultimately depends on individual factors such as your experience.

Is my personal data secure in the All for One applicant pool?

Yes, your personal data is safe with us and is stored, managed and protected in accordance with the GDPR. This means, for example, that your personal data is treated with the necessary discretion and is not misused. We do not ask you for more information than necessary and only keep it for as long as necessary. You remain in control of all your personal data at all times and have the right to view your data or have it deleted.

Will my documents be treated discreetly?

Yes, absolutely! Discretion is our top priority. Accordingly, we handle your documents internally with the utmost sensitivity and naturally ensure that nothing is leaked to the outside world.

Can I remove my profile from the All for One applicant pool? What happens to my data then?

Yes, you can remove your profile from the applicant pool at any time. Your data will be deleted immediately in this case.

Technical questions & problems with the application

Who do I contact if there are problems or I have technical/professional questions about the application?

In every application you will find a contact person who will help you directly with all your questions and problems relating to the application or refer you to an expert colleague.

What do I need to bear in mind when uploading my documents?

If you are applying via our applicant portal, you will also find all the instructions for uploading documents there. We recommend uploading PDF files. However, DOCX files or images, for example, are also possible. For file attachments, you should make sure that they are no larger than 24 MB in total.

What do I do if I have problems with the login, my profile or the online tool?

Please get in touch with the contact person listed in the job advertisement. He or she will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

To the application

What should the application contain?

Your curriculum vitae. If available, your project list is also very helpful for us. The same applies to current certificates and proof of qualifications. A cover letter is optional. If anything else is required, you will find information on this in the job description and in the applicant portal.

What form do I need to follow when applying to All for One?

How you lay out your application is ultimately irrelevant to us. It is more important that it is easy to understand and clearly structured.

How should I send my application?

This question always arises from the job advertisement on our website. You will either be asked to send your application by e-mail or directed to our applicant portal.

How do I make sure that my application has been received?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email from us that we have received your application.

What happens after my application?

We will check and review your application as quickly as possible. You will then receive feedback on your application. If you are able to convince us, we will invite you to a telephone interview in the next step.

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my application to the All for One Group?

You will usually hear back about your application within a few days. Please understand that we take the time to check everything carefully and wait a while before you reach for your cell phone to inquire about the status.

Who do I contact if I have questions about the status of my application?

You can get in touch with the contact person from the job advertisement about the status of your application.

If I apply for two jobs, do I have to send my documents twice?

No, a note in the cover letter is completely sufficient for us. We also check every application for alternative vacancies and suggest them to you if it makes sense.

Is it possible to apply for several locations and jobs?

In any case. We will also independently check alternative job offers for you and, if necessary, make our own suggestions that we think might be suitable.

Do I necessarily need a cover letter?

No, but a cover letter can certainly make sense. For example, if you have little professional experience or communication plays a major role, your cover letter can give us important clues as to what drives you and whether you are a good fit for us. The longer you have worked in your job, the more decisive a project list can be, for example, and the more likely it is that you can do without a cover letter.

Can I reapply to the All for One Group after a rejection?

Of course you should. Don't be discouraged by a rejection. Sometimes your profile simply doesn't match the position 100%. Just keep your eyes open for suitable positions at the All for One Group and don't hesitate to apply again.

What do I do if I want to cancel my application?

If you have applied via our applicant portal, you can withdraw your application via the job administration with just one click. If you have applied by e-mail, simply send an e-mail to the contact address in the job advertisement asking us not to consider your application any further.

The job interview

What types of job interviews are there?

As a rule, we get to know you in the traditional way in a telephone call and a personal meeting. But we also try out new and unconventional things to get to know you. So if you apply to us as a trainee, are asked for a video message and then find yourself in an "applicant speed dating" session, you shouldn't be too surprised.

How long does the interview take?

That depends a bit on you as a guy. As a rule of thumb, you should allow around 30 minutes for the phone call and around an hour for the face-to-face meeting.

What is the best way to prepare for the talks with you?

You should know your own CV and your most important projects inside out. Prepare yourself for technical questions about your specialist area. Be clear about your ideas and expectations of us. Make a note of any questions you would like to clarify in advance. If you can then show that you have researched us as a company and feel at home in the digital age, you are well prepared.

How long does it take after the interview before I hear back?

You will usually receive feedback within a few days. Here too, we take the necessary time to recapitulate the results and impressions from the interview. We therefore ask for your patience.

How does the personal interview work?

The interview usually involves at least one HR manager and one colleague from the department. They will first introduce themselves briefly. Then you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself. In addition to your personality, we are particularly interested in your projects and your day-to-day work. After we have asked you questions, we will immerse ourselves in the All for One Group and your specialist area. Then you can ask us your questions. We will conclude with a discussion of the framework parameters.
