You will work closely with our customers to find innovative solutions that are tailored to their needs and modernize their business processes to make them fit for the future. media alt text Presales Before our projects can be implemented, many important questions must first be clarified: What benefits and added value can our solutions create for the company? How can the optimal transformation of business processes be achieved? Our presales team works with our customers to find out all of this before the transformation can really get underway. media alt text Sales Successful projects need a good start. Our sales team therefore takes care of the entire project coordination, from the initial contact to the first presales meeting through to the conclusion of the deal and pricing, thus ensuring an optimal negotiation process with our customers. media alt text Project management Our project managers ensure that everything runs smoothly in our implementation projects, keep a constant eye on progress and act as an interface between the customer and the implementation team, providing advice and support to all stakeholders. media alt text Development As the individual requirements of our customers cannot always be covered by standard software, the creative minds in our Development department develop innovative tools and features that allow our customers to excel in precisely those areas that make them unique on the market. media alt text Customer Care Our Customer Care consultants ensure that our existing customers get the most out of their Cloud ERP solution and are on hand to provide advice and support with customer inquiries.
