At a glance

Our trainee program for IT consultants basically consists of a group-wide framework program and a specialist part. The latter offers you the choice between different specialist and technology areas. This structure guarantees you exactly the right mix of IT specialization, comprehensive networking, a steep learning curve AND: lots of fun ;-)

Start

The framework program begins on 01.04. or 01.10. depending on the focus
(the start of the technical part may differ)

Duration

The group-wide framework program lasts 12 months, the parallel subject-specific part 6 - 12 months depending on the focus

Course of the trainee program

Starter training: a first overview

We give you everything you need right at the beginning so that you can get out of the starting block perfectly and get started straight away. In addition to the hardware (e.g. laptop, company cell phone, headset, etc.), the main focus is on personal networks and content.

During the two days of intensive starter training, you will learn everything you need to know about every area of the All for One Group, have the opportunity to introduce yourself and, of course, get to know lots of new faces from the individual departments. You will also meet colleagues from your future team.

Kick-off trainee program: Building a network

All trainees across the group come together at the kick-off. They are usually joined by the mentors. Here you can expand and tighten your network not only in meeting rooms, but also in a relaxed atmosphere and during joint activities and get a good overview of what to expect in the coming weeks and months. By the way: Good food and a joint activity with a high fun factor are part of the basic equipment at the kick-off ;-)

Practice & project phase

We won't keep you and ourselves waiting with dry runs. You will accompany your mentor on projects and quickly take on your first sub-tasks. This starts in the technical area with independently solving simple problems and faults for our customers. As a consultant, your first tasks may include the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments or simple key user training. No matter where you start with us, early practical experience and the assumption of responsibility are at the top of our agenda.

Theory & training phase

Of course, you will also be given the theoretical tools you need to quickly excel professionally and methodically. That's why theory and practice always alternate. In addition to extensive specialist training, our framework program also supports you in your personal development.

Perspectives

The great thing about us is that we are a group that covers the entire IT spectrum with its market units and subsidiaries. After successfully completing the trainee program, a variety of doors will be open to you - for example, entry as a Junior Consultant or Junior Solution Manager. You can then use our individual career model to become a technical expert or project manager. With"UP Talent", we also offer our own development program to prepare young colleagues for management positions. An internal change is also no problem and is integrated into a clear process at our company.
